The following policies are specifically for individual retail customers buying for their own personal consumption and do not apply to commercial customers purchasing for resale.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are generally shipped within 3-4 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders cancelled within 3 days of placement will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 3 days, but before shipping will be assessed a cancellation fee of $3.99.

6 Month Refund Policy – Applies only to direct customers who ordered on this website or via our telephone order-line. Click here If you purchase Grey Defence® in a retail store.
Please Follow these steps when completing a refund request:

1. Contact us via our online Help Desk to submit a refund ticket request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Mail your package(s) to the address indicated in the email response received. Include all empty/partially used bottles as well as unopened bottles.
3. Include a copy of the original sales receipt you received with your order.
4. Include a copy of the email authorizing the return of goods with the package being returned.
5. Please make sure that the RMA number is clearly marked underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned.
6. Mail back the return package PROMPTLY along with ALL the information outlined above.

IMPORTANT

• RMA are not issued for products purchase greater than 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
• Please remember shipping and handling charges are not refunded only the actual amounts paid for the product itself.
• RMA’s which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and cannot be honoured.
• Please note that this refund policy is only applicable to purchases made on the Grey Defence website and does not extend to purchases via other channels (including Daily Deals sites and/or physical bricks & mortar stores).
